Terms & Conditions

Exclusions:

• Any equipment not already in the venue. If outside items need to be brought in for the event, One Life is able to facilitate access permits on behalf of the renter.

• Events that go beyond 10pm require the presence of two security guards which will be arranged by One Life at the expense of the renter, the rate for which will be 200 Dhs per hour for a minimum of 3 hours.

• Smoking in any form is strictly prohibited on site, including vape. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure attendees adhere to this policy. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your event.

• Modifications to the space are limited to moving of furniture for a new set up and must not cause any permanent changes or damage to our space.

• While AV equipment is provided, a sound engineer is not. The renter must conduct their own sound checks with the assistance of our team where required.

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted to be consumed on site.

• Catering services are not included in the rental fee but can be arranged separately through

  our website at www.onelifedxb.com/catering

DTCM Permit:

• The venue will assist in obtaining the DTCM permit for the event. However, the permit process can only commence after payment is received, and it typically takes 2 weeks to obtain.

Cancellation:

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the event are not entitled to a refund.

• Date changes can be made up to 72 hours prior to the event provided the requested date is

  available.

• Cancellation made earlier than 72 hours prior to an event is entitled to a 75% refund.
